Terms & Conditions

Acceptance
By downloading or using VibePet, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License
VibePet's source code is free and open source, released under the MIT License. You may use, modify and distribute the code in line with that license. The full text is available in our GitHub repository.
Artwork & sprites ownership
The VibePet duck character, the sprite sheets, animations and all related artwork are the exclusive property of the developer (Team HackGang) and are not covered by the MIT code license. All rights reserved.
These assets are provided for use with VibePet only. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use the duck character or its sprites in any commercial project, product, or service without explicit written permission from the developer.
AI-generated content
Prompt Boost uses third-party AI models via OpenRouter. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected — always review suggestions before using them. You are responsible for the prompts you send and the content you generate.
Third-party services
VibePet integrates with OpenRouter (AI) and optionally Supabase (cloud sync). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. You are responsible for any API keys or accounts you provide.
No warranty
VibePet is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The app is not code-signed on Windows, so your OS may show a security prompt on first launch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms as the project evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
